I came to Ann with a very stiff lower back and SI Joint. I was sceptical at first because her whole process was so gentle and quite frankly, relaxing – I’m used to being pummelled by physiotherapists for this problem. However, every time I left Ann, I had a wonderful restful night and the spasms really did ease up significantly. Apart from the unexpected mental benefits of meditative calm, I really was surprised at how well Ann’s process worked in releasing up my spasms and overall tightness.

I know, that you know 😂

Eight years ago, I embarked on a transformative journey that freed up hours in my day & allowed me to delve deeper into my Yoga practice. It was a journey of self-discovery, just like many of you might be experiencing now.🖤

But despite looking healthy on the outside, my body told a different story. I was doing ‘all the right things,’ but I still felt exhausted & out of balance. A year later, trying to figure out why I still couldn’t sit comfortably with my legs crossed, I received a diagnosis of mild scoliosis of the midthoracic spine concave to the left, & blood results confirmed anaemia.

🙌This led me to explore ‘adaptive practice,’ a personalised approach to Yoga that takes into account individual physical conditions and needs.

🧘‍♀️Fast-forward to today: I’ve learned that true healing goes beyond the physical. Through Yoga therapy, I’ve discovered that creating balance & finding your unique path is where real transformation happens.

It’s not just about the poses or perfection—it’s about listening to your body, honouring your needs, & learning to work pain-free. This understanding empowers you to take control of your healing journey.🙏

These are some of the most important lessons I now bring to my clients:

👉”It depends” — Because everyone’s body and journey are different.

👉Less is more — The gentle path can be the most powerful.

👉Work pain-free — Always listen to your body.
